Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

• Free U.S. Shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable).
• Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, The Refinery & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Shipping times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number to initiate a claim or locate your package. We are always happy to assist by providing any shipping information you may need.
